Mindly offers a "Lifetime Premium" one-time purchase. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or store policy.
Premium users receive an ad-free experience and unlimited hints. We reserve the right to modify or add benefits to the premium tier at any time.
If you use an anonymous account, your data is stored locally and synced via Firebase. Deleting the app or clearing data may result in permanent loss of progress unless you link your account to a permanent provider (e.g., Google).
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
